Refund & Return Policy

At Enzeclean, we stand for effective, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.


🧾 Who can request a return?

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Items are missing from your order

📌 Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Please email us at support@sewamo.com to raise a query.


📦 What items are not eligible for return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Opened bottles (unless defective)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Bulk/commercial orders (unless damaged)

⏳ What is the return window?

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days

🔁 How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@sewamo.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Clear photos/videos

✅ Once approved:

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup, or
  • Ask you to ship the item (cost reimbursed if applicable)

💰 When will I get a refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

💯 When do I get a full refund?

You’ll receive a 100% refund if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered

👉 No deductions apply in these cases.


⚠️ When is a refund not applicable?

Refunds may not be provided if:

  • Product is returned used or damaged by the customer
  • Request is raised after the allowed window

🤔 Do you accept returns for change of mind?

No. Due to the nature of cleaning liquids, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.


❌ Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

  • We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer bears shipping cost for other cases (if approved)

✨ What if I’m not satisfied with the product?

If the product doesn’t perform as expected:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • We’ll help with usage guidance or offer a replacement (if applicable)
