At Enzeclean, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently through trusted third-party logistics partners.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping is not available at this time


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation

  • Orders placed on:

    • Sundays or public holidays

    • High-demand sale periods

may experience slight delays

📌 Processing time is separate from shipping time


3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted third-party logistics providers, including:

  • Shiprocket (aggregator platform)

  • Courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, etc.

📌 Courier selection is automated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Serviceability

  • Speed and reliability


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

⚠️ Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are:

    • Displayed at checkout

    • Based on order value and delivery location

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions from time to time


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • Tracking link via SMS/email

You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful:

    • The order may be returned to us

📌 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply


8. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Government restrictions or strikes

Enzeclean is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist in resolving issues.


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailable

👉 Re-delivery will be attempted only after additional shipping charges are paid


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if visibly tampered), OR

  • Record an unboxing video

Report the issue within 48 hours at:

📌 Claims without proof may not be accepted


11. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery

  • Enzeclean is not responsible for:

    • Loss or theft after delivery


12. Partial Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:

    • Availability

    • Warehouse location

No extra shipping charges will be applied for split shipments.


13. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected locations

  • Enzeclean reserves the right to:

    • Restrict COD for certain users or pin codes
